At Twenty 4 Nine Clothing Co., we’re proud to offer reliable, fast, and transparent delivery on every order — whether it’s a full club kit or a custom hoodie drop.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, lead times, and delivery.
1. Production Timeframes
Every order is made to order — designed, printed, and finished to your specifications.
Typical turnaround times are:
♦ Standard custom orders: Approx. [3–4 weeks]
♦ Club shop / repeat orders: Approx. [2–4 weeks]
♦ Non-custom items: Dispatched within 3–5 working days
⏱️ Please note:
Production begins once your order is confirmed, payment is received, and artwork/designs are approved.
During busy periods (pre-season or Christmas), lead times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Delivery Options
We currently deliver across the UK, with options including:
♦ Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
♦ Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (when available)
♦ Bulk / Club Orders: Delivered via tracked courier service
All parcels are fully tracked, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on your order size and delivery location.
The total shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Large club or bulk orders may qualify for discounted or free delivery — speak to our team for details.
4. Click & Collect (if applicable)
For selected clubs or schools with an online Twenty 4 Nine Club Shop, you may choose a “Click & Collect” option (if offered).
When your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with collection details.
5. Delivery Times & Delays
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, every time.
However, please be aware that:
♦ Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees;
♦ Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or high order volumes;
♦ We are not liable for third-party courier delays, but we’ll always help track and resolve any issues.
If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.
6. International Shipping
At present, we primarily deliver within the UK.
If you’d like to arrange international shipping, please contact us directly — we’ll assess the best courier options and provide a tailored quote.
7. Delivery Address & Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide photos of the parcel and items where possible.
We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If an item is confirmed missing or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Split Deliveries
Occasionally, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels (e.g. when combining custom and non-custom items).
If so, you’ll receive tracking information for each parcel.
10. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk passes upon delivery to your nominated address — please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel.
