PRIVACY

Twenty 4 Nine Clothing Co.

Twenty 4 Nine Clothing Co. (“T4N”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and only collects and uses personal information where it is necessary to operate our business, respond to enquiries, supply our products and services, and maintain appropriate business records.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you contact or purchase from us, we may receive information such as:

  • your name;
  • contact details;
  • the club, school, organisation or team you represent;
  • information you provide when making an enquiry;
  • correspondence through email, Facebook, Instagram or Messenger;
  • information required to prepare quotations, process orders and maintain invoices and accounting records;
  • information supplied through a T4N club shop when necessary for us to fulfil an order; and
  • information submitted through a T4N advertising or development campaign, such as your sporting organisation, role and location.

We only ask for information that is reasonably required for the purpose concerned.

How we use your information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • discuss products, development projects or potential requirements with you;
  • communicate with clubs, schools, teams and other organisations;
  • prepare quotations and process and fulfil orders;
  • provide customer service and resolve order queries;
  • administer T4N club shops;
  • maintain financial, tax and business records;
  • respond to people who voluntarily contact us through advertising or social-media campaigns; and
  • maintain and develop genuine existing customer and business relationships.

Our lawful basis

Depending on the circumstances, we process personal information because it is necessary to take steps at your request or fulfil a contract, because we have a legal obligation to maintain certain records, or because we have a legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and managing genuine customer and business relationships.

Where consent is legally required for a particular use, we will ask for it.

Social media and advertising

If you contact T4N through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or another social-media service, information may also be processed by the company operating that service under its own privacy terms.

When we use Meta lead advertising, we may ask for limited information needed to understand and respond to your enquiry. We use this information to contact you about the particular enquiry, opportunity or development programme in which you expressed an interest.

We do not treat participation in a development enquiry as consent to unrelated electronic marketing.

Club shops and service providers

T4N may use third-party services where necessary to operate the business, provide club shops, communicate with customers, process orders, arrange delivery, maintain business records or provide website and technology services.

These providers may process personal information only where necessary for the service concerned and are subject to their own legal and data-protection obligations.

Payment information may be handled directly by the relevant payment provider or club-shop platform. T4N does not require access to full payment-card details where these are processed by the payment provider.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with suppliers or service providers where this is necessary to produce, fulfil or deliver an order, operate our services, comply with the law or maintain appropriate business records.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, maintaining customer relationships, dealing with queries and meeting accounting, tax or other legal obligations.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of where appropriate.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access to it, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion in certain circumstances, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

If you have a question about information T4N holds about you, please contact us using the contact details provided on this website.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice when our services or the way we process information changes.
